The following general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all medical and consulting services provided in or in connection with this practice. They serve to clarify the general conditions and constitute a legally binding basis for the treatment relationship. They contain important information regarding services, costs, appointment times, cancellations, and other legally relevant information. By using my services, the general terms and conditions (GTC) are deemed to be binding. Please read them carefully and do not hesitate to ask me if you have any questions.
General Terms and Conditions
1. Services offered
The services offered include neurological examinations, psychotherapeutic medicine, counseling, supervision, and other non-neurological services. The type and scope of the services depend on individual agreement.
4. Reimbursement by the health insurance company
For services provided as part of a private doctor's appointment, partial reimbursement of costs may be possible through your statutory health insurance provider. For those with private insurance, the respective contract terms apply.
2. Appointment scheduling and cancellation
Appointments are arranged individually. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full fee being charged.

3. Fees and payment terms
Fees depend on the type and scope of the service provided. Payment is usually made in cash on site or by bank transfer to the practice's stated account. Details on individual services and prices can be found on the corresponding fees page of this website.
6. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permissible – the registered office of the practice.
