My councelling services

I support you in developing your potential, achieving your goals and overcoming challenges – unless long-term psychotherapy is required.

To this end, I will work with you to create individually tailored consulting concepts with the following focus:

- Coaching: Focus on leadership development, support for employees in health and social care professions, and personal change processes.

-Supervision: Primarily training-related consulting contexts.

- Conflict management & mediation: Limited to small groups and couples; large group mediation is not included in the portfolio.

Setting: Individual and small group settings in person or, in exceptional cases, online.
